Refund & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND.
Once you submit your order, it cannot be refunded or changed.
Only under exceptional circumstances, usually due to us determining your order has a high potential for fraud, we may issue you a refund.
Sale Items
- All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
- Items may be exchanged for the same product style and color in a different size only within 7 days of delivery date.
- All exchanges must first be authorized by speaking to a customer service rep via email. You are responsible for any shipping charges back to us. We also recommend that you insure/track your exchange just in case. Any shipments we receive without an authorization number will be denied and returned back to you at your cost. So please email prior to doing anything!
- All exchanges must be unworn and have all tags attached: disclaimer tag and any Precise tags. Exchanges without tags, worn or damaged by customer will not be accepted and shipped back to sender.
